The arrest—in Iraq—of the “asylum seeker” accused of murdering and raping a 14-year-old Jewess in Germany, has proven the entire “refugee” racket to be a hoax—because if they were really “fleeing for their lives”, the suspect would never have been able to so quickly and safely flee from Germany back to Iraq.
According to German media reports, the fake “asylum seeker” from Iraq was arrested in Iraq yesterday after flying back home earlier, and has now already been extradited back to Germany, German Interior Minister Horst Seehofer confirmed on Saturday.
“I am delighted the suspect sought by justice is back in Germany,” Seehofer said after the plane carrying the 20-year-old Ali Basar. landed in Frankfurt from the Iraqi Kurdish capital of Erbil.
The body of the 14-year-old girl, identified in the media only as Susanna, was found on Wednesday near a refugee center in the western city of Wiesbaden where the suspect lived. An autopsy showed she had been the victim of a sexual attack.
Germany issued an international arrest warrant for Basar on Thursday after establishing that Ali B had fled Germany for Iraq via Turkey with his eight-member family last weekend.
Basar was denied the right to asylum in 2016, but had been allowed to remain in a refugee facility while the decision in his case was being appealed.
The suspect and his family were able to leave Germany with documents and airline tickets issued in different names.
The events surrounding the case illustrate beyond question that there is no need for Iraqis in particular to be claiming “asylum” anywhere if that country is so safe that they can fly in and out at will to avoid arrest in Europe or elsewhere.
