Trump’s “Build the Wall” Petition

US President Donald Trump has issued an appeal for US citizens to sign an online petition to pressure the Senate to approve the down payment to build a border wall with Mexico—while at the same time withdrawing America from the United Nations’ “Migration Pact.”

In an email blast sent out by the “Make America Great Again Committee, a joint fundraising committee authorized by and composed of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. and the Republican National Committee,” Trump tells supporters that he was “I was very happy to hear that our House majority passed a bill for the down payment to build THE WALL along the Southern border.

“But before the bill goes to the Senate for approval, I need your immediate help,” he continued.

“Let’s remind every single Senator the American VOTERS want this beautiful, impenetrable wall constructed.

“I want to show every Liberal Senator a list of  American voters that will NOT be happy if the wall isn’t built. Friend, I need your name on the list.”

Trump’s email goes on to say that “This will only have an impact if EVERY American CITIZEN who understands the wall is a non-negotiable signs this petition.

“The Senate needs this urgent reminder that the American people want what they voted for. AS YOU SHOULD!

“We are so close to making this happen. This is just step two of three. The second the Senate approves the bill, I will sign it into law IMMEDIATELY.”

The email then provides a link for US citizens to sign the petition which is hosted as a subdomain on his donaldjtrump.com website (Link here. Please note that only American citizens can sign this petition).

The petition launch comes almost simultaneously with the news that Trump has ordered the US’s withdrawal from a United Nations pact “to coordinate and improve international migration and refugee issues.”

“Today, the US Mission to the United Nations informed the UN Secretary-General that the United States is ending its participation in the Global Compact on Migration,” the US mission to the UN said.

In September 2016, all 193 UN member states of the General Assembly adopted the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants, a non-binding declaration which requires signatories to pander to all manner of invader demands, irrelevant of the legitimacy or otherwise of their supposed claims to “asylum” or how bogus their “refugee” claim might be.

A statement issued by the US Mission to the UN said that “US participation in the Compact process began in 2016, following the Obama Administration’s decision to join the UN’s New York Declaration on Migration.

“The New York Declaration contains numerous provisions that are inconsistent with US immigration and refugee policies and the Trump Administration’s immigration principles. As a result, President Trump determined that the United States would end its participation in the Compact process.”

  1. The U.S. doesn’t need to spend billions on a wall at the Mexican border. It only needs to actually ENFORCE the immigration laws already on the books. It will also do no good to construct a wall at the southern border because, like Europe, America is facing a demographic ticking time bomb that will make Whites a certain minority unless the migrants who are already here are REMOVED. So, it doesn’t matter if another migrant never steps foot on U.S. soil from today forward. The ones that are here MUST go back. At the same time, it’s concerning at there will be a border wall to the south in the event Americans needs to flee their own country. It’s also interesting that in the above photo, Trump is giving the communist salute. As they say, socialism/communism is so wonderful, it’s the only political structure where you have to build walls to keep people IN.

    1. Maybe, but the first rule of holes is when you’re in one, stop digging. That applies to immigration as much as anything else.

  2. Surely the major problem is that within the USA there are states which have no intention of supporting any restriction of immigrants, legal or otherwise. As there are doubts that Mexico/Cuba and anywhere else will actually take their nationals back, and this does apply to all the illegal immigrants across the whole of Europe, how will they be removed and where to, as well as how will you stop them coming back, which they will certainly try to?

  3. You’re wrong on a few points, first the scumbag commie salute is done with the right hand and this was obviously one frame taken from an appearance. Second, once the wall is built it cannot be defunded like drones, electronic measures, etc. Close the borders, eject the illegals, implement biometrics, and eliminate chain migration while making immigration merit based will make our nation a much better place.

I’m curious as to why anyone would want to escape from the US, especially with our Second Amendment. If you’re that much of a coward I suggest you flee now. So far the only communist I see here is you.
