US Bombs Syrian Army Units Battling ISIS; American Missiles Discovered in ISIS Cache

US air force bombers have attacked Syrian army forces which were attacking ISIS units in Syria, in what one Syrian MP has called a “clear & direct US protection of ISIS”—while at the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense has released video footage of an ISIS weapons cache seized in Syria’s Homs province which contained a large number of American-supplied anti-tank missiles.

Syrian army units celebrate a victory over ISIS, despite US airstrikes in support of the terrorists they were fighting.

According to a report on the Twitter account of Fares Shehabi, Member of the Syrian parliament for Aleppo and Chairman of the Syrian Federation of Industry, the US airstrikes were directed against two advanced Syrian army locations facing ISIS positions in the Syrian desert.

The American attack took place after an ISIS attack on the same Syrian forces two days ago, in a “clear & direct US protection of ISIS in the Syrian desert,” Shehabi wrote.

In another tweet, Shehabi also reposted pictures taken four years ago in Aleppo—and now recently discovered—which showed who exactly the American-backed “rebels” in that city were.

“Aleppo 4 years ago when the Obama admin supported the jihadi invasion of the city.. ISIS & Nusra ruled 70% of the city! The West called them “anti Assad” freedom rebels and gave them all the support they needed..!” Shehabi wrote.

A picture of US-backed “rebels” in Aleppo four years ago, showing them carrying the “rebel” Syrian National Coalition/Syrian Interim Government flag (green, white and black with three red stars) and the ISIS flag.

In yet another disturbing tweet, Shehabi showed stills from an al-Qaeda propaganda video, all showing nonwhites from France who are fighting with ISIS in the last remaining “rebel” stronghold of Idleb.

“Meet the French connection of the so called ‘Syrian revolution’ against the ‘Assad regime’! All of these al-Qaeda terrorists are French and will return to France once we liberate Idleb!” Shehabi wrote.

Meanwhile, RT has reported that the Russian Defense Ministry has announced that US-made TOW (Tube-launched, Optically tracked, Wire-guided) anti-tank missiles, along with other weapons, have been found in facilities once controlled by ISIS-aligned Al-Nusra terrorists in Syria’s Homs province.

“The trove was located in a former observation point of the Al-Nusra Front terrorist group in the liberated Zaafaran settlement in Homs province,” the Russian Center for Reconciliation in Syria said on Monday.

“[We] can see here a large number of gas masks, weapons produced abroad, for example, TOW-2 anti-tank guided missiles. The facilities are very well-equipped,” Andrey Nekipelov, an official at the center, stated.
