African Invasion Ship Aquarius Invited to Land in Spain

The invasion ship Aquarius—loaded with 629 Africans pretending to be refugees—has been offered landing rights in Spain by that country’s unelected crypto-communist prime minister—as yet another fake “charity” invasion ship has been detected picking up more invaders off the Libyan coast.

According to a report by Italian interior minister Matteo Salvini, Spain’s prime minister Pedro Sánchez has said his country will take in the Aquarius invasion ship, currently on hold in the Mediterranean Sea after it was denied landing rights in both Malta and Italy.

Sánchez has said the ship will dock in the port of Valencia.

Salvini earlier doubled down on his refusal to allow the African invasion to continue any longer, pointing out on his Twitter feed that yet another fake “charity” ship, the Sea Watch 3, run by the German Christian “Zivile Seenotrettung von Flüchtenden,” has been detected picking up a new load on African invaders off the Libyan coast.

“Today also the ship Sea Watch 3, a German NGO and flying the Dutch flag, is off the coast of Libya waiting to take yet another load of immigrants, of course to bring to Italy. German association, Dutch ship, Malta that does not move, France that rejects, Europe does not care.

“That’s enough.

“Saving lives and a duty, [time to] change! Italy is no longer a huge refugee camp no. Italy has stopped bowing its head and obeying, this time THE ANSWER IS NO,” Salvini said.

He also posted up a sea map of the Sea Watch 3’s position, showing clearly that the invasion ship was, just like the other fake “charity” vessels, clearly partaking in the illegal immigration route by sailing as close to the Libyan coast as possible, in this case only about 20 miles.

This allows the smuggler gangs to set sail from the coast in flimsy rubber dinghies, safe in the knowledge that the larger invasion enabling ships will pick them up and do the major transportation across the Mediterranean Sea.

This system also means—without question—that the smugglers are directly liaising with the invasion-enabling ships, which makes them party to the entire criminal enterprise.

  1. Well done Italy, now stop all the boats docking and dumping their cargo of fake refugees. Macron criticised Italy but didn’t offer a French port that is closer than Spain.

  2. Although a state’s territorial waters are supposed to extend 12 nautical miles from the coast the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea permits a ‘contiguous zone’ 24 nautical miles from the coast ‘over which it may exercise the control necessary to: prevent infringement of its customs, fiscal, immigration, or sanitary laws and regulations within its territory or territorial sea; punish infringement of the above laws and regulations committed within its territory or territorial sea’. Clearly some of the NGO fake rescue ships are picking up migrants within the Libyan contiguous zone and an online article by the New York Times titled ‘Efforts to Rescue Migrants Caused Deadly, Unexpected Consequences’ includes an interactive map that shows how from 2014 to 2016 the so called ‘rescues’ have moved into this contiguous zone and the territorial waters, with some ‘rescues’ being within sight of the beaches. It seems to me that the Libyan coastguards would be within their rights to detain and prosecute the crews of the NGO fake rescue ships operating within the contiguous zone as well as confiscate their ships. The Italian government should also consider changing the law so that ‘rescues’ outside Italy’s own contiguous zone are classed as people trafficking if the rescue ships disembark at Italian ports. At the moment Salvini is only able to exert his authority in this matter in arbitrary way without the support of the law or the constitution which means that other politicians and officials can thwart his policy towards NGO fake ships in an equally arbitrary way. This is what is being threatened by the mayors of Naples, Messina, Reggio Calabria and Palermo who want to defy Salvini and allow the NGO fake rescue ships to dock at their ports.
